The Government provides a standard format of Leave & Licenses Agreement (Format attached). Aadhar Card & Pan Card are Compulsory for Registration from both parties & from the witnesses. In case of companies, Aadhar card & Pan card are required from the signing authority who signs on behalf of the company. If there is power of attorney then Aadhar card & Pan card are required from POA holder.

Aadhar card & Pan card is a must to avail of the e-registration service.
